We pride ourselves in guiding our customers with auto coverage, family planning, mortgage/income protection via life insurance, identifying the need for Medicare Supplement plans, and providing an overall thorough review of our services and how we can help. This is a full-time sales position with experience preferred.
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Product knowledge, identifying household opportunities, outgoing and prone to pivoting
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
